Q: When is the best time to order #151 Adhesive?
A: Since the adhesive may not be frozen, the best time to order is when the weather
here in Michigan and at your location is above freezing. This eliminates the possibility
of the product sitting on a truck overnight in freezing conditions and arriving to you
unusable.
Q: Why is the edge cut off when I try to print illustrations from the web site?
A: The site is best viewed at 800 x 600 screen resolution. Try adjusting the
resolution, or changing your printer margins. If you still can’t get the illustrations to
print properly, give us a call and we’ll print and send them to you.
Q: My question isn’t answered here - what now?
A: Give us a call. We have a friendly, knowledgeable staff happy to answer your

Q: What are the advantages of the Sodus style lettering over the Paragon style?
A: LOWER COSTS- Sodus style costs less to produce, allowing us to pass the
savings on to our customers. In addition, Sodus is a very light-weight style, resulting
in lower shipping costs.

BETTER STYLING- Sodus lettering features a perfectly flat back as opposed to the
concave back of the Paragon style, allowing easier attachment to nameplates and
requiring less adhesive.
Q: Can I “mix and match” emblems?
A: Yes. Though our emblems are pre-packaged in the given quantities to ensure
prompt shipping, we will pack odd quantities for an additional charge of .25 per
emblem.
Q: Do you offer urn decorations?
A: Yes! Our line of Miniature Emblems is ideal for urn decoration, as well as display
model vaults.
